A deeper connection begins here. With yourself, with each other, in spaces made for presence, slowness and inner exploration.

Casa Sal sits on a quiet stretch of the Oaxacan coast where the coastal forest meets the Pacific. Days follow the light and the tide. Mornings begin in the yoga shala, afternoons belong to the ocean, and evenings end in the warmth of the temazcal or the stillness of the sound shala.

Three salt waters

Our name comes from the water that heals. Every ritual at Casa Sal works through one of the three.

Sweat

The ceremonial temazcal, ice baths and movement. Heat and cold that empty the body and wake the nervous system.

Tears

Cacao circles, sound healing and guided meditation. Spaces held gently enough for whatever needs to move.

The sea

The open Pacific at the door. Walk, swim, paddle, or sit with the sound of the waves until it becomes your own.

Ten refuges between the dune and the sea

Villas named for the stars. Nests named for the trees.

Seven villas carry the signs of the zodiac. Three nidos take their names from almond, chestnut and cedar. Each one opens to the breeze and the sound of the sea.
